Easy Dynamics is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager to can lead teams in the design and implementation of cloud-based systems for both federal and commercial clients.
Easy Dynamics’ clients are changing; our clients expect highly secure solutions (including FedRAMP compliant solutions for federal clients), DevOps-aware build and deployment processes for speed, and well-designed and responsive solutions that meet mission needs regardless of where users are and the types of devices they are using. Systems typically included a mix of front-end development activities (e.g., mobile and responsive user interface designs), application software that may be completely custom or modeled after best-practice patterns, and back-end storage and database systems. All technical activities are managed according to Agile / Scrum practices.
The candidate will: be able to explain and present complex issues and design tradeoffs; be able to understand and identify gaps and inconsistencies with Enterprise Architecture principles; and can engage both technical and non-technical client representatives on complex design decisions.
The Project Manager will be responsible for time, cost, and technical resources on the project. The candidate will oversee the execution of single or multiple task orders under client contracts. More specifically, the Project Manager’s responsibilities will include: project staffing, project planning, quality oversight, managing financial levels, team staff direction and oversight, and providing deliverables under the task order.
The Project Manager will manage client communications with client technical representatives and will report to senior company management on contract performance.
The Project Manager is expected to be able to come into a dynamic and expanding young company and help provide a high level of professionalism, technical competence, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for working with other team members to grow Easy Dynamics as a leading cloud and cyber consulting firm in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Candidates are expected to display a high level of drive and flexibility and be willing to wear a lot of different hats.
