  • Position Summary

    The Easy Dynamics team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to add to our dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will be innovative, driven, professional, strong willed, and can switch gears quickly while maintaining an organized work flow. If you understand the following recruiting model, we want to hear from you:


    • Review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well as asking questions that will help you identify the right candidate
    • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills
    • Identify candidates through sourcing and uncovering qualified candidates
    • Screen and ascertain the competence of candidates against a technical job description
    • Interview candidates in person, via telephone, or video conference to assess their qualifications
    • Follow up and keep your candidates updated on the hiring process
    • Present candidate resumes to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider

    Basic Qualifications

    • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
    • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
    • Review and understand technical job requirements
    • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
    • Format resumes meeting client expectations
    • Research new technologies
    • Create detailed job descriptions
    • Follow up with candidates
    • Ability to build strong relationships
    • Ability to learn technical information
    • Self-confidence and self-starter
    • Familiarity with recruiting resources: LinkedIn Recruiting, ATS, Indeed, job boards, etc.
    • Proposal support

    Additional Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree
    • Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience
