Active "Secret" Clearance required 

Security+ Ceritification required



Formulates/defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs.

Provides overall operating system maintenance, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large telecommunications networks, computer accounting, and advanced mathematical/scientific software packages. Assists all phases of software systems programming applications. Evaluates new and existing software products.

Basic Qualifications

Demonstrate knowledge of applications software development concepts and techniques in order to design, code, and debug programs

Plan, design, develop, test, and implement software enhancements to incorporate new functionality or to improve current functionality in existing systems

Ensure that all production and testing application baselines are operational

Work with customers and Enterprise Media personnel to test applications to ensure software, systems quality, and functionality meets requirements

Comply with change /configuration management policies

Demonstrate knowledge of query languages, such as SQL, as well as programming languages such as C# and .NET

Experience with Microsoft PowerShell


Additional Qualifications

Microsoft Visual Studio, HTML, XML, XTML, ActiveX, C#, C++, ODBC, PHP, VB Script, JAVA, JavaScript, Active Server Pages (ASP), .NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Oracle databases. Applications may be hosted on web and application servers (to include but not limited to: Apache, Tomcat, and Microsoft IIS). Operating system environments include Linux and Windows Server.
