Position Summary

At Easy Dynamics Corporation you will be joining a young, dynamics and expanding IT company. Team memebers will demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm, drive and flexibility to wear many different hats as we continue to grow our culture and infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will support hardware and software setup, configuration and maintenance issues primarily in a Windows environment but Linux and Mac experience is a plus. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week.

 

  • Strong Windows desktop and server OS management experience
  • Strong understanding of IP networks and the ability to diagnose issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of windows domains and policy objects
  • Basic understanding of virtualization (Hyper-V)
  • Basic understanding of on-premises SharePoint and SharePoint Online
  • Responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Configuring, documenting and troubleshooting Windows 10 laptops
  • Deploying and configuring Windows servers and software
  • Managing and ensuring uniform application of OS patches
  • Verification of file system/database backups
  • Troubleshooting of networking issues
  • Maintaining current IT property inventory system
  • Manage Office 365 accounts and licenses
  • Manual setup of workspaces with docking station, mouse/keyboard, video and network

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of Mac and Linux operating systems, configuration and patching
